CircRNA is a new group of RNA which is generated from circularization of DNA. CircRNA has been established to be tissue-specific. This database is constructed to provide a global view of tissue-specific circRNA in main tissues of human and mouse and is able to contribute to identify new markers for organogenesis and development disease. |

2. Script for detecting sample-specific circRNAs |
We provide perl script unique_circ.pl for downloading. The perl script can be used to extract the sample-specific circRNA information with private datasets. |
The usage of unique_circ.pl is: perl unique_circ.pl DIR DIR includes every file which are predicted by circRNA detection tools. The file name is in format: 'sample_information', eg, brain_54year_adult. Script will take the string before the first '_' as the sample name. And the format of the file content is: |
