1. RNA splicing and non-coding RNA in cancer transcriptome

We target the characterizations and functions of RNA splicing and non-coding RNA, especially circular RNA in cancer initiation and progression and seek potential targets for therapy and biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis.

2. RNA modifications in cancer and development

We investigate the potential regulation of RNA modifications, especially N6-methyladenosine (m6A) in mRNAs and non-coding RNAs and their roles in pathways of cancer and tissue development.

3. Big data and immunotherapy

We screen the effective biomarkers associated to objective response rate of immune checkpoint inhibitors through clinical big data and seek for candidate cancer-specific antigens for chimeric antigen receptor T cell (Car-T) immunotherapy.
